Loan Consolidation Agent

Outsourcing Advantage is actively seeking a Loan Consolidation Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in managing and consolidating their loans, finding them with tailored solutions to improve their financial situations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of loan products, and the ability to analyze clients' financial needs. You will build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan consolidation process and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Source and find new loan products from loan providers
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine suitable loan consolidation options.
• Provide clear explanations of the loan consolidation process, including benefits and potential risks.
• Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation and submitting applications for consolidation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products and industry trends.
• Follow up with clients to ensure understanding and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
• Previous experience in loan consolidation, financial services, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards related to loan products.
