Outside Plant Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Plant Engineering Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Design OSP projects and supervise consultants for outside plant field construction
• Provide technical support for special projects, ensuring proper accounting and legal compliance
• Conduct audits of OSP projects and manage documentation for project completion

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience
• 3+ years' experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Experience with GIS, AGOL-GIS, ESRI, or ArcGIS
• Advanced knowledge of NESC construction practices and engineering standards
• Ability to read and assess fiber and/or HFC designs and prints
