Outdoor Adventure Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outdoor & Adventure Pursuits Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of outdoor and adventure recreation programs and facilities
• Manage program operations, safety protocols, and budget oversight
• Collaborate with wellness partners to design inclusive outdoor experiences that support student well-being

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification or obtained within 6 months
• Preferred certifications in Wilderness First Responder or indoor/outdoor climbing instructor
• No substitutions for education or experience will be accepted
