Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Review RN in Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor utilization practices from preadmission to discharge to ensure cost-effective resource use and quality patient care
• Conduct utilization reviews and communicate findings to payors while adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and facilitate accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in discharge, utilization, or case management
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing or in a state approved for remote work
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Preferred: Certification as a Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM)
