Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide a team in Agile and Scrum practices to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and support the team in following the Scrum delivery process
• Handle project management duties including scope definition, staffing, and budget oversight
• Consult with stakeholders to assess computing needs and system requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• ScrumMaster Certification required
• 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other enterprise Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level
