Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technician to provide remote support and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide corrective action via a web-based repair program or direct communication with field service technicians
• Manage and correlate multiple events to a single incident and communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the process
• Review existing Red-Light Camera locations to ensure proper functionality and high-quality image capture

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or an associate degree
• Experience in customer service (internal or customer-facing)
• Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills of systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General awareness of computer systems, network management, or ticketing systems
