Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage relationships with Network Carriers and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery tickets and coordinate scheduling with Network Carriers
• Process and manage Return Authorizations and related reports
• Assist Operations Supervisor and serve as backup for communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One or more years of related experience required
• Operations background in Logistics and/or Transportation
• Ability to understand and follow work procedures
• Meets corporate competency model requirements
