Client Support & Account Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Account Management Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, driving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and identify their needs.

The Account Manager Representative will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Approach prospective clients through warm calls with business customers
• Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
• Respond to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
• Consistently achieving monthly or quarterly targets

• Experience in customer service is a plus
