Onboarding Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Product Training Specialist to become an in-house product expert and enhance training and documentation for customers and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the product knowledge expert on the Onboarding team, mastering all modules and workflows
  • Develop and deliver internal training for the Customer Experience team
  • Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation, including onboarding guides and training resources
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, technical writing, or customer-facing SaaS roles
  • Deep curiosity and motivation to become a product expert
  • Ability to design clear and engaging training content and documentation
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing documentation programs
  • Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
