Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in on-air hosting, live streaming, or digital video production
• Deep knowledge in chosen focus area (Medical, AfroTech, Politics, or Pop Culture)
• Strong improvisation abilities and comfort in live or unscripted formats
• Tech-savvy with experience in remote production setups
• Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter with a high-energy attitude
