Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of our Oktopay solution

• Manage relationship with our platforms partner and execute all task required for this relationship

• Handle and execute financial cycle task of the operation including billing, bank transaction order preparation, system update

• Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance standards and regulations

• Develop and maintain of fee schedules, and other settlement parameters

• Provide the calculation of settlements/ reconciliation of settlements with the system

• Execute settlement processes accurately and timely

• Assistance to client support unit on financial/settlements matters

• Merchant daily correspondence

• Balance monitoring

• Monitoring / Analysis of payments

• Review and monitoring of clearing fees

• Day to day interaction with compliance, technology and sales teams

• University degree in Economics, Finance, accounting or Banking is preferred. Post graduate studies will be considered an asset

• Previous experience in accounting, finance or banking operation

• Solid understanding of accounting principals

• Proficient in both spoken and written English. Fluency in Spanish will be considered a plus

• Proficient with computer applications and software

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively within deadlines

• Excellent soft skills and the ability to work well with others.
