The Engineering Operations Manager Opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing complex data sets, uncovering insights, and driving data-informed decision-making. You will work with various tools, stakeholders and technologies to ensure data accuracy, create impactful visualizations, and optimize workflows.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing datasets from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
- Utilize SQL to manipulate data.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data insights.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards in Tableau and Jira for various stakeholders.
- Document data analysis processes, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain organized records of datasets and analyses.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and SQL, JQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Strong expertise with Tableau server
- Strong expertise with Jira
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
- Have experience working with Incident Management
- Have experience working with JQL and the use of extended queries in Jira
- Have experience working with machine learning to identify patterns and extract meaningful insights.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
