Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Technician to work in a call center environment, providing support to patients regarding pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient inquiries over the phone
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to maintain and update patient medication profiles
• Assist with patient care issues and perform claim adjudication and auditing duties

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) is required
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
