About the role


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on direct client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships.


What you will be doing:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients to expand our customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client solutions.


What you will bring to Ogury:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2/3 years in sales, preferably within the advertising or technology sectors;
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge: Understanding of digital advertising, programmatic campaigns and mobile marketing is a plus;
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
