We’re looking for a skilled and driven Content Marketer to own and grow our conveyancing content calendar. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-impact SEO content strategy, collaborate with a fast-paced marketing team, and play a key role in organic growth.

About the Role
As a Content Marketer, you'll be responsible for publishing 300+ SEO-optimised articles to drive organic growth in our Australian conveyancing business. You'll research, write, and manage content across formats, contribute to campaign planning, and help mentor junior writers over time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and write long-form, SEO-friendly content for our Australian Conveyancing service
• Publish content to CMS with proper formatting and meta data
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and outreach teams to align content with marketing goals
• Use AI content tools (like ChatGPT or Surfer SEO) to streamline production
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to guide strategy
• Maintain and refresh existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Meet weekly publishing and performance benchmarks
• Support content across formats including blog posts, landing pages, and webinars

Required Experience:

• 1–2 years of professional content writing experience, ideally in digital marketing or real estate
• Proven ability to write SEO-optimised web content
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
• Experience using AI content or SEO tools (e.g., Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope)
• Exposure to basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Favorable Experience:

• Experience in the Australian property, mortgage, or conveyancing industry
• Understanding of Australian property law or the home buying process
• Graphic design or video editing knowledge for supporting visual content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification or coursework in SEO or Digital Marketing (preferred)

Required Skills:

• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Strong research and content structuring abilities
• SEO fundamentals: keyword usage, internal linking, readability
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in content creation
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
