Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Designer 1 in Nuclear Power.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural physical layout drawings in a 3-D model
• Design structural supports and foundations while troubleshooting design issues
• Utilize 3D modeling software to generate design schematics and coordinate design phases

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in drafting or equivalent technical experience
• Four or more years of detailed design experience in structural steel and reinforced concrete
• Proficiency with design software tools for 3D plant layout models
• Experience reviewing structural layout drawings including steel frames and foundations
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams across disciplines
