About the Role
MileIQ is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth to drive sustainable B2B product adoption, activation, and expansion through data-driven marketing, experimentation, and conversion optimization. You will define and execute strategies to acquire, nurture, and retain high-value customers, working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless journey from prospect to power user.
You will be an expert in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and will own the strategy for reaching, engaging, and converting them. Your work will be critical in driving funnel optimization, product-led growth, and scalable experimentation to increase teams adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and expansion.
Define and optimize the user journey and funnel conversion rates through iterative testing and insights.
Partner with Growth, and Product to drive adoption of MileIQ for Teams via multi-channel marketing (email, in-product, content, customer enablement).
Conversion Rate Optimization & Experimentation
Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates across key customer touchpoints (landing pages, website, email/push, etc).
Develop a structured experimentation roadmap to optimize growth levers, including pricing, messaging, onboarding, and in-product activations.
Leverage analytics and user insights to refine value propositions and customer engagement strategies.
Lead Nurturing & Lifecycle Engagement
Build and refine lead nurture flows to increase trial conversions and engagement among Teams prospects.
Partner with the Growth Marketing team to test and scale campaigns that drive team adoption and expansion.
Identify upsell and retention opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
Customer & Market Insights
Partner with the Growth Customer Advocate to conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.
Work with Product and Design to develop and refine personas and ensure messaging resonates with high-value customer segments.
Content Development
Create and manage high-impact content (one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, trust-building materials) to drive acquisition and customer engagement.
Support growth by developing collateral that highlights MileIQ’s unique value propositions for different audience segments.

Requirements
5-7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
Proven track record of driving acquisition, engagement, and retention in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, product-led growth (PLG), and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with CRM, automation tools, and behavioral analytics (e.g., Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, marketing automation, and growth experimentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and customer enablement content.
Experience in product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
