What you'll be doing...
We get it. Employee benefits are complicated. Typically, when someone needs to use their benefits, they are also going through momentous changes. They’re newly retired or planning to soon. Or they are dealing with an important health issue. It may be that they are new in their careers and trying to understand what their benefits mean.
That’s where our Field Service Representatives help. We see this role as a “trainer” or a “teacher” in helping our participants understand the value of the benefits they rightfully have earned.
If hired, you will receive fully paid, on the job, training. The position will be onsite in the Seattle office during the training period and then will work out of our Seattle and Tukwila office locations.
