Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst - Hospital Billing - Level 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and provide technical support for the Maestro Care EHR across various workflows
• Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to execute deployment tasks and support application build and testing
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and assist operational staff with Maestro Care knowledge and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field, or four years of equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of one year of related experience, preferably in revenue cycle operational or technical roles
• Epic proficiency in application support required within specified timelines
• Maintenance of North Carolina licensure or certification in a related clinical discipline may be required
• Ability to demonstrate skills and competencies required for advancement to higher levels
