Targeting Analyst

We are seeking a Targeting Analyst to support intelligence operations by identifying, analyzing, and assessing high-value targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in intelligence collection, data analysis, and operational planning to support mission objectives. This role requires collaboration with intelligence professionals, operational teams, and government stakeholders to develop actionable intelligence that informs decision-making.

$90,000 - $100,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of intelligence data to identify and assess potential targets. Develop targeting packages, reports, and briefings based on multi-source intelligence. Utilize advanced analytical tools, databases, and methodologies to track and assess adversarial activities. Support intelligence collection management and prioritize collection requirements.

Collaborate with intelligence community (IC) partners and law enforcement agencies to develop actionable intelligence. Provide analytical support to operational planning and execution. Assess the credibility and reliability of intelligence sources. Identify patterns, trends, and emerging threats that impact national security or mission objectives.

Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and operational personnel. Maintain detailed documentation of analytical findings and assessments. Ensure intelligence products align with mission priorities and policy guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, targeting, or related disciplines.

•Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation

•Proficiency in intelligence tools, databases, and methodologies (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, TAC, SIGINT tools).

Desired Qualifications:

•Active DHS Suitability or CBP Background Investigation

•Understanding of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), or human intelligence (HUMINT).

•Military or government agency experience in targeting or intelligence operations.
