Job Summary:


The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of digital marketing programs. This role partners with the specialty markets marketing leads to assist in designing digital programs specific to each specialty market to drive inbound marketing leads, and support inside and net new sales. This role is responsible for development, management, and maintenance of the targeted list of prospects and customers by market. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of digital campaign testing, tracking, and reporting on campaign and lead KPIs.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and plans across all of Nextech’s digital channels in support of business objectives and sales goals
  • Drive testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis on digital marketing programs through KPIs, benchmarks, and key levers that will inform new strategies to continually improve campaign performance
  • Develop personalization and optimization strategies for engaging and converting target accounts
  • Partner with Industry Marketing, Events, Creatives Services, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to translate their work into marketable digital assets
  • Establish quarterly goals and KPIs to track and manage the effectiveness of digital marketing programs
  • Develop list management and maintenance strategy for account segmentation and targeting through digital marketing programs
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need


Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with digital marketing and/or demand generation responsibilities
  • Experience in building digital campaigns through paid channels, including SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, industry and association partners, and intent-based platforms
  • Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
  • Experience in email marketing and building, managing, and maintaining customer and prospect lists
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced experience working with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEM, SEO, paid social, and complimentary platforms


Working Environment/Physical Demands
  • Remote
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10% travel
  • Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
