• Analyze data, identify patterns and propose solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of internal analytical systems.
• Conduct ad-hoc research as requested, prepare reports in a clear and visually structured manner and provide findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct data quality checks, analyze causes of incidents, develop and implement solutions to resolve incidents.
• Perform data reconciliations between primary sources and internal systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and consistency of data between systems, including tasking and developing technical documentation.
• Continually look for opportunities to improve data processing, automation, and reporting workflows.

• Ability to work with large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Understanding of database theory, analytical systems and ETL processes.
• Basic skills in working with APIs for process automation.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB).
• Structured analysis and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver analysis and interact with teams.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently.
• English at B1-B2 level (written communication and participation in the meetings).
• Fluent Russian is a must
