Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapy Associate (W2 Hourly) in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services with a focus on clinical decision making and measurable outcomes
• Participate in supervision to enhance clinical skills and evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Document treatment plans and progress notes promptly, maintaining a minimum of 50 sessions per month

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling
• Provisionally licensed in New Jersey (LSW or LAC)
• 6+ months of experience providing supervised psychotherapy preferred
• Knowledgeable in crisis response and evidence-based clinical skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
