Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mobile HVAC Engineering operations, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Supervise and develop engineering staff; manage hiring, training, and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and oversee inspections and building system issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 7+ years of related work experience in a commercial property setting
• Vocational/Technical training certificate
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as required
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
