Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Support Specialist to join their Network Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and activation processes for new agents, ensuring they are active and receiving leads
• Identify potential agents and schedule appointments with Territory Managers
• Manage transaction data and monitor reports, providing administrative support to the team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or data management role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience supporting remote or offshore teams is a plus
