Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support for the SVP, Bravo Marketing. In addition, responsibilities will include supporting a highly motivated marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Bravo’s original programming, as well as growth initiatives for the Brand.

The ideal candidate will have a creative sensibility and strategic acumen and strong communication skills. They will be a highly organized self-starter while demonstrating thorough attention to detail and thriving in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:   

  • Provide administrative support to the SVP including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, and managing travel and expenses
  • Schedule internal team meetings, reserve conference rooms, and book catering and AV/IT as needed
  • Act as liaison between Senior Executives across the company, internal departments, and external business associates, attending to all matters in an efficient and timely manner
  • Manage upkeep of cross-departmental resources, including shared drives, team reports, assignment sheets, and marketing materials
  • Track and file invoices and reconcile purchasing cards
  • Maintain a department vacation/OOO calendar
  • Support the Marketing team with day-to-day communications with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners in support of efforts that promote Bravo shows and Brand initiatives
  • Support includes administrative tasks, such as budget management, project management, content and competitive research, and logistics associated with meetings and presentations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects, which includes brainstorming fresh ideas for content, partnerships, and activations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for marketing asset requests for assigned projects, coordinating logistics and overseeing timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience

  • Meticulous, thorough with details and well-organized
  • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline and pressure and can pivot priorities with ease
  • Highly resourceful problem-solver for which no job is too big or too small
  • Handles all projects proactively and thoroughly
  • A collaborator, able to work with cross-functional groups
  • Can exercise a high level of discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Has demonstrated mastery of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and file sharing software

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
