Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Leader to oversee the delivery and growth of a large-scale account with various digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects, a deep understanding of digital transformation, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives. This role also involves supporting pre-sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and RFIs. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Lead and manage the delivery of large digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
    • Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and other key stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings and executive briefings with clients.
    • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.
  3. Pre-Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts.
    • Respond to RFPs and RFIs, crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the company’s capabilities.
    • Participate in client presentations and pitch meetings.
    • Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans.
  4. Communication and Reporting:

    • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and effective presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant parties.
    • Develop comprehensive project documentation and reports.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in managing large digital transformation projects.
    • Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

    Additional Information

    • This is an onsite role
    • Salary: $140K-$170K base + 30% to 40% commission + Standard Nagarro Benefits
