Social Media Designer

Role Aim

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Designer to join our in-house studio team at Mweb and Webafrica. You’ll bring bold, eye-catching ideas to life across social platforms — creating thumb-stopping content, visuals, and motion that drive engagement and tell compelling brand stories. While your main focus will be social media, you’ll also support digital marketing needs, such as designing assets for Google and Meta ads.

What You’ll Do

• Design standout visuals for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Roll out creative campaigns across multiple digital formats
• Design assets for digital marketing, including Google and Meta ads
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to brainstorms and concept sessions
• Create on-brand assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Work quickly and efficiently to deliver top-notch designs, sized and optimized for each platform
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to meet goals

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of digital/social media design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative social campaigns and digital marketing work
• Mastery of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (bonus: After Effects or Premiere Pro)
• Sharp eye for detail, trends, and visual storytelling
• Agile, adaptable, organized, and a true team player
