$22 - $32 an hour

Summary:

We are looking for a Warranty Clerk who ensure the proper submission of claims to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Salary range $22 to $32 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to manufacturer (Mercedes Benz) and other warranty providers’ policies and procedures

Review and ensure all paperwork accompanies repair orders as per manufacturer’s procedures

Submit warranty claims

Maintain proper records of all claims (submitted, rejected, pending status, etc)

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year of experience in a similar role and in the automotive industry

High School Diploma or equivalent required

CDK experience preferred

People focused and strives to provide great customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Proficient computer skills preferred

Bilingual: English & Spanish

Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record

Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
