Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for Telehealth Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the healthcare team while resolving medication-related issues
• Accurately document patient interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant nursing experience
• Valid, active, unencumbered Compact/multistate RN license required within 60 days of hire
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and telecommunication technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
