Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Location Group Trainer to lead in-person training for dental practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings for the adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows
• Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and monitor early outcomes
• Assess practice readiness and coordinate resources for effective training delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology
• Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training
• Located near a major airport (BOS) within a 60-minute drive
• 3+ years of experience in managing training logistics and multi-practice coordination
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, adaptable to various audiences
