Mystery Call Agent

MSX International is looking for a Mystery Caller to join our dynamic team in Gothenburg for a part time fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting phone interviews with selected dealerships of a premium brand and investigating their automotive parts purchasing history.

As part of this role, the Mystery Caller will:

• Conduct and record telephone surveys
• Ensure high quality standards are always maintained
• Document and report findings
• Remain conscious of the sensitivity of the data being handled and requirements under Data Protection
• Complete all tracking forms relevant to each task undertake
• Record survey results in a bespoke system

Our ideal Mystery Caller will have a good understanding of document management or general office administration, as well as:

• Demonstrable experience of handling customers via phone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish or Danish and English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Good computer literacy skills with the ability to use web-based applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
• A high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation
• Being enthusiastic, flexible and proactive
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Working pattern and location

• Gothenburg – candidate must be within commutable distance to our Gothenburg office
• Part time (Monday-Friday) ideally 4-5 hours per day, flexible
• 3 months Fixed Term Contract
• Home office according to the hybrid model
