Junior Data Analyst

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Rome / Milan, hybrid

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Rome or Milan.

The Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the data management and analysis processes within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes.

 Your key tasks will be:

• Collaborate with teams to identify business needs and data requirements
• Create reports, and conduct analyses regarding trainings
• Applying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies 

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Junior Data Analyst has a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics or similar experience, as well as: 

• Experience in reporting, data analysis
• Advanced level user of Power BI, HTML, Cornerstone, MS Office
• Fully professional Italian and English knowledge
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
