Job Summary

A company is looking for an MS Teams Room & Teams Phone Specialist Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage MS Teams Rooms (MTRs) and support Teams Phone implementations
• Conduct network readiness assessments and troubleshoot call quality issues
• Deliver technical workshops and document best practices for Teams solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in Unified Communications or IT consulting
• Proven experience with MS Teams Phone and MS Teams Rooms (MTRs)
• Strong understanding of network dependencies for Teams media flows
• Familiarity with MS 365 services and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with troubleshooting tools for Teams devices and call quality
