Location: Strong preference for a candidate that is local to the Bay Area. Ideally you'd go into our Mountain View, CA office 1-2 days a week. Open to fully remote for the right candidate

What You Will Do

  • Own and execute field marketing strategies aimed at driving engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness, with a focus on optimizing key initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage non-regional virtual events, ensuring that each event aligns with broader company goals and effectively engages target audiences.
  • Manage the swag store, taking full ownership of inventory, ordering, and distribution to support marketing campaigns and events.
  • Partner with the technical team to coordinate hands-on labs, ensuring that technical messaging is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance regional customer engagement through well-aligned, impactful event programs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of field marketing events, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to guide future decisions.
  • Ensure consistency across marketing materials, collaborating with creative teams to ensure all digital and print assets are on-brand and aligned with messaging.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure effective and consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing programs, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiencies through the implementation of best practices.
  • Support the maintenance of the marketing playbook, ensuring strategies and tactics are documented and up-to-date for easy reference.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, continuously applying this knowledge to refine and improve field marketing efforts.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency, streamlining processes and systems to improve workflow and enhance team performance.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related roles with a strong focus on supporting and executing targeted programs and campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution of virtual events, campaigns, and other key marketing programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, enabling the effective management of marketing assets, materials, and resources, and ensuring they remain on-brand and impactful.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise messaging for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity across various initiatives.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including working closely with marketing, sales, technical, and customer teams to ensure successful program execution and alignment on objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to assess the performance of programs, identify areas for optimization, and implement strategies that improve effectiveness and drive results.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and project management software, with the ability to leverage these tools to track, measure, and report on field marketing efforts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for on-site event support (15-20%)

 

Compensation Range: 

Base compensation range: $94,000 - $120,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
