Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite conventional and Non-QM mortgage loan applications
• Analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral documentation for borrower qualifications
• Evaluate risk and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of mortgage underwriting experience with conventional and Non-QM products
• Extensive experience with underwriting DSCR loans, bank statement loans, and jumbo loans
• Thorough understanding of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and federal mortgage regulations
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and decision-making
• Proficiency with mortgage underwriting software and tools
