Virtual Assistant 10-15 Hours per Week (IC-DK)

Key Responsibilities

• Do a weekly huddle 

• Keep on track
• Manage calendar, reminders, deadlines, etc.
• Assist with social media 
• Plan out content
• Create canva templates
• Outreach on LinkedIn
• Engage with other posts, etc. 
• Assist with various other projects / tasks 
• Platforms: 
• Google WorkSpace
• Canva
• Monday.com 
• Slack

• Experience as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant (a plus) 
• Excellent communicator 
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Likes deadlines
• Ability to anticipate needs / problem solve
• Self-starter and ability to work independently 
• 10-15 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
