Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Paid Ads Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mode Effect. As a Paid ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping us grow our e-commerce consultancy brand. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and refining ad strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and development of followers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with the organization of promotional events and campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, and networking events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure innovative strategies.
- Support the sales team with lead generation efforts, including identifying prospects and nurturing leads through various channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing paid ad strategies for various platforms, including keyword research, ad creative development, and targeting audience segments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences through storytelling.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or proficiency in design software is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is preferred.
