WMS Business Analyst - BlueYonder/JDA - 100% remote

We are seeking a highly skilled JDA WMS Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) using JDA (now Blue Yonder) software. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis and Design: Analyze and evaluate existing warehouse management systems to identify areas for improvement and develop detailed project plans for enhancements.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their warehouse operations and develop customized solutions using JDA WMS.

• System Implementation: Lead the implementation of JDA WMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JDA WMS implementations.

• Documentation: Develop and document system specifications, processes, and user manuals.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure data integrity.

• Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in warehouse management and supply chain logistics.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in system consulting, WMS implementation, or supply chain roles, with a focus on JDA WMS.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system architecture and design, with hands-on experience in JDA WMS solutions.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in JDA WMS or supply chain management.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific logistics applications like SAP TM, Oracle WMS, JDA, Manhattan Associates, and CargoWise.

• Project Management: Experience in project management and leading implementation projects.
