Your role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will act as the crucial link between R&D, project management, and sales, ensuring that technical and commercial aspects align seamlessly. You will oversee the technical development of locker solutions while ensuring they meet customer expectations, market demands, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:

🔧 Technical Expertise: Support the sales team with technical insights and ensure that customer requirements are translated into feasible solutions.

📅 Project Management: Coordinate with R&D and project managers to oversee the development and implementation of new locker systems.

🗣️ Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams, sales teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.

📊 Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify new opportunities for technical improvements and contribute to the continuous evolution of our products.

Your key responsibilities:

✔️ Project Coordination: Oversee technical projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and delivery within scope, time, and budget.

✔️ Customer Requirements: Translate client needs into technical specifications, working closely with R&D and production teams.

✔️ Process Optimization: Monitor and improve workflows, ensuring efficient communication between departments.

✔️ Market & Product Development: Stay updated on market trends and technical innovations to contribute to product enhancements.

✔️ Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and ensure clear communication of technical aspects to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring:

🎯 Technical Background: A degree or relevant experience in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, IT, or a related field.

🛠️ Project Management Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a technical project management or product management role.

🔄 Bridge Builder: You excel at connecting technical and commercial aspects and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.

📢 Strong Communicator: Ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

🚀 Problem-Solver: Proactive, hands-on approach to tackling challenges in a dynamic environment.

📡 Technology-Savvy: Experience with IoT, electronic systems, or smart locker solutions is a plus.
