Job Summary

A company is looking for an ML Engineer to develop and implement advanced audio models for telephony applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performance audio models for Voicemail Detection and Voice Activity Detection
• Enhance the predictive dialing algorithm to optimize agent efficiency and minimize call abandonment rates
• Oversee the MLOps lifecycle to ensure scalable and reliable deployment of speech models in production

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in building and deploying low-latency audio models in production
• Knowledge of queueing and optimization techniques, including Erlang-C and Little's Law
• Ability to collaborate effectively with backend and VoIP teams
• Proficiency in ML versioning and tracking using versioning systems
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective communication
