Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate member education and caregiver involvement in interventions
• Provide advocacy and support to members and their families, ensuring effective linkage to treatment resources
• Conduct condition-specific research and maintain clinical records while participating in clinical rounds

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D
• Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently in Missouri
• 2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health environment
• 1+ years of case management experience
• Intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
