Sr. Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the development and presentation of performance trend and variance analysis reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize business and information needs.

·      Provide visibility of key financial and operational performance metrics across various operational areas such as finance, clinical operations, clinical quality, compliance, human resources and sales.

·       Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports using various systems and task management tools (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau).

·       Oversee and optimize the calculation and submission of commissions and incentives to accounting, payroll and management teams.

·       Manage and ensure data quality through regular maintenance and updating of systems and datasets.

·       Lead efforts in reconciling system discrepancies through detailed analysis and process enhancements.

·      Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for key reporting processes and operational workflows.

·       Drive collaboration with data owners to create and implement improvements that ensure data integrity and consistency.

·       Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.

·       Identify and define new process improvement opportunities and operational efficiency.

·       Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive organizational and client data.

·       Present data and insights to senior leaders as needed to support business updates and needs.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

·       6+ years of experience in financial operations, data management or a related analytical role working with data management systems (preferred).

 ·       Experience with accounting systems (Sage Intacct) and FP&A systems (Planful) preferred.

·       Expertise in financial and data modeling, database design, data mining and advances segmentation techniques. 

·      Experience with sensitivity and ROI analysis.

·       Proficient with statistical analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS) and visualization platforms.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Ability to handle confidential matters and information with the highest level of discretion.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.

·       Prioritize daily issues, tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

·       Comfortable working independently; self-starter with a strong work ethic.
