Job Description

An Ideal Opportunity for Students or Graduates to Start Their Career in Business Analysis! Kickstart Your Career in Business Analysis: Trainee Business Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and organized Trainee Business Analyst to join our team.
If you have basic knowledge of business analysis, enjoy working with data, communicate effectively, and are eager to grow in the IT field, we would love to have you onboard!

Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of experienced mentors analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and create recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of workflows, diagrams, and process models.
  • Participate in internal and external audits of company system management
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are maintained

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of business analysis or related fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure information.
  • Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML,).
  • Ability to work with documents, including creating specifications, technical requirements, and reports.
  • Understanding of IT product basics and the fundamental principles of software development.

Desirable Skills:

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher for working with documentation.
  • Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in creating professional and organized documents.
