Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Cybersecurity Product Sales Manager to lead lead generation and opportunity development efforts for our cybersecurity product suite. This role goes beyond traditional sales — you'll help shape go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in client acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls, send personalized emails, and use LinkedIn and other social platforms to engage prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads, set up meetings for the sales and pre-sales teams.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and other digital outreach initiatives.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct client surveys and feedback sessions to support product positioning.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Sales Process & Operations
- Manage and execute voice-based international inside sales campaigns.
- Set up and optimize sales processes and lead management workflows.
- Maintain accurate data and lead tracking through CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Event & Campaign Support
- Help identify and recruit attendees for webinars and events.
- Drive awareness of cybersecurity products through multichannel outreach.
- Track performance metrics and report on lead conversion effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within cybersecurity, tech products, or digital marketing domains.
- International voice sales experience is highly preferred.
- Background in customer support or contact center roles with outbound sales is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in building or improving sales processes from scratch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
