Job Description
Position: Legal Receptionist
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
This person will be responsible for printing, copying, scanning and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars. Candidates should have customer service experience and/or hospitality. Looking for candidates with prior receptionist, admin assistant or hospitality experience.
They will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail. Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties. There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. They are not required to lift over 50 lbs. Any heavy lifting is done with two people.
