Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, implementing audience targeting and conversion tracking
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines and conduct quality assurance on campaign assets
• Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with teams to optimize and report on outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager in a high-volume advertising environment
• Strong knowledge of the Meta Platform; experience in healthcare/wellness is a plus
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding campaign performance targets
• Proficiency in tracking implementation, including Meta Pixel and UTM tagging
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
