Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage user-generated content on social media platforms in Spanish
• Engage with users by responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly
• Review content submissions to ensure they comply with community guidelines and brand standards
• Report and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content to the necessary teams
• Collaborate with content creators and community managers to ensure alignment with marketing strategies
• Analyze community feedback and trends to enhance content strategy
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices for effective moderation

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of community management
• Experience in social media moderation or related fields is a plus
