Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish regarding automotive services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with booking services, providing product information, and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and service requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Educate clients on automotive products and services offered
• Collect customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on automotive offerings

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus
