Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to ride bookings, account issues, and payment inquiries
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide insights and information on app features and best practices
• Collect user feedback to identify areas for service improvement
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product features and service protocols

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred, particularly in technology or service-related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
